iCADA names Aneric its exclusive distributor in major Asian countries.
LUDWIGSHAFEN, Germany, October 2, 2002 - iCADA GmbH today announced the appointment of ANERIC, one of Asia's premier importers of high-end semiconductor devices and equipment, as its exclusive distributor in that market. Aneric will work closely with its customers in the ASIAN semiconductor development and manufacturing sectors to sell and support iCADA's Reticle Management solutions.

Aneric has already supported the first installation of the system in December 1999 at Singaporean customer and we were very impressed by the performance and skills of iCADA. Their system was the first solution on the market. Furthermore in conjunction with their worldwide customers they constantly keep improving the system. So we are now able to provide the most advanced and stable technology leading solution for reticle management to our customers."
Highlights of iCADA's Reticle Management Solution (RSM) include:
The RSM keeps track of the entire reticle life cycle in the fab. It takes care of inspection and cleaning cycles and automatically prevents contaminated reticles from going to production. It is hardware and CIM system independent and therefore can easily be integrated and adjusted to the customers environment. The integration of reticle stockers and inspection systems of all brands increase automation and reduce human errors to a minimum.
