customer.
The important task of selecting a common worldwide Reticle Management Solution was a carefully planned and executed project in which the chip manufacturer evaluated various suppliers. The RSM was chosen because it provides more advanced features then any other system on the market in addition to its flexibility and ability to seamlessly fit into different environments.
