Reticle Management at its Best.
New
The new RSM version is in production. Her are some of the the new features and enhancements. Feel free to contact us for further details.
New features:
- Configurable, hierarchical grouping of reticle locations (Details).
- Storage locations can be assigned a capacity and carrier types and are
monitored by the RSM.
- Hierarchical grouping of users, user roles and properties (Details).
New interfaces:
- Mask Vendor Connectivity (MaVen), e.g. DPI

GUI features:
- Individual selection of reticle attributes and labels can be loaded and saved under user defined names. The user can define views to show only procedure relevant data.
- Improved multi language support for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.
RSM/WEB features:
- New web wizard procedure for moving and/or re-kitting of reticle groups, e.g. mask sets
- Improved handling of access restrictions to RSM/WEB. Individual web pages can now hidden for unauthorized users.
New reports:
- Rack inventory statistics, e.g. high water mark report, access frequency
- New reticles report
