Major worldwide chip manufacturer chooses iCADA as its reticle management supplier
iCADA GmbH, a German based software company, has received an order for their Reticle Management Software (RSM) from a major worldwide chip supplier located in Singapore.
After reviewing various suppliers the customer selected iCADA as their reticle management solution provider. All major modules are included in the delivery: stocker automation, reticle life cycle management, reticle inspection management, web interface, mask house connectivity, etc.
The award winning iCADA Reticle Management Solution is a software package for managing the entire reticle life cycle in the wafer fab. It is a java based, tool independent solution and provides for mask house hook up, ahead of time inspection, just in time delivery, defect backtracking, etc. and thus reduces cycle time, defects and costs.
