European chip manufacturer chooses iCADA as its worldwide reticle management supplier
iCADA GmbH, a German based software company, has received an order for a corporate license for their Reticle Management Software (RSM) from a major European chip supplier.
The decision to go with iCADA as their Reticle Management System provider was made in a carefully planned and executed project where the chip manufacturer evaluated their internal solutions and other suppliers. The iCADA RSM was chosen because of its rich functionality, its flexibility and the ability to seamlessly fit into different environments.
The iCADA RSM will now be ported to Windows 2003 and will be rolled out to all sites.
The award winning iCADA Reticle Management Solution is a software package for managing the entire reticle life cycle in the wafer fab. It is a Java based tool independent solution and provides for mask house hook up, ahead of time inspection, just in time delivery, defect backtracking, etc. and thus reduces cycle time, defects and costs.
